The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Starmerx, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed USD 100.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Starmerx. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Any information submitted through our contact forms or via email constitutes a business communication and does not create any binding commitment or agreement between you and Starmerx unless and until a formal written agreement signed by both parties is executed. We reserve the right to decline any partnership or business inquiry at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court (SIAC) for arbitration, which shall be conducted in accordance with SIAC's arbitration rules in force at the time. The arbitration shall be conducted in Shenzhen, in the Chinese language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
